Family and group rates
greenSpace can comfortably accommodate 4 people
which incorporates the use of our two main rooms (Chocolate Room and Pacific Room) along with the adjoining Breakfast Room that can
be used for ensuite dining. At a 'snug' fit, we can accommodate 5 people.
The configuration of beds includes one queen sized bed, two king single sized beds or one king sized bed and a pull out bed or
cot for an extra child.

Bookings
To book, simply email us with your contact details and state the date(s), total number of nights requested and room rate(s) you require.
Please advise any special dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, etc) or allergies.
Payment
To confirm a booking or reservation we require your credit card details at the time of booking.
We accept NZ cheques or dollars, or credit cards. Please note we only accept Visa or Mastercard. Receipts or invoices supplied on
request. Prices are quoted in NZ$ and inclusive of GST (tax).
Cancellation Policy
Due to our intimate size, cancellations do affect us significantly. In the event of cancellation the following policy applies for every room night cancelled.
• Cancellation within 30 days of reservation date - 25% charge
• Cancellation within 7 days of reservation - 100% charge
